Hey Barb - great post! And it gave me a thought.

Remember, your clients are probably scared too (especially if they're in the real estate or construction industries!) Now would be a very good time to review your contact plans and, in addition to working on alleviating your own fears, find a way to alleviate some of theirs. A "we recognize the issues and we're in this with you" approach can go a long, long way toward building relationships that will last even when times are good!
