N+1: Use colors that can't be photocopied. Most of the cards I get (at least the interesting ones) get copied onto 8.5x11, punched, and stored in a binder. The gold-foil-on-dark-green ones, and anything else that turns out black-on-black, are in a drawer somewhere, to be referred to only if there's nothing suitable in the binder.
